For us, it's all about helping others.
Brand On The Brain started when Founder Brandon Morency was looking for his first marketing internship in his Junior year of college at California State University-San Marcos. After 3 months of submitting internship applications, he had received nothing but rejection. He felt like he was not good enough and it was demotivating. After applying to countless job postings without even receiving an interview he took a deep dive into how to write a great resume that would get an interview or a callback. After learning all there was to learn about writing resumes and landing interviews he was able to land a marketing internship at a small sales start-up company in Carlsbad CA. The key is ATS optimization. He and his team have now written resumes for over 50 individuals and have received tremendous reviews.
